One-on-One Scholarship Consultation Session

By the end of this one-on-one consultation, participants will:

• Assess their eligibility for international scholarships and funding opportunities.
• Identify suitable universities and degree programs based on their academic profile.
• Develop a personalized scholarship and application strategy.
• Understand the key requirements for successful scholarship and admission applications.
• Receive expert advice on improving their CV, research profile, and supporting documents.
• Gain clarity on the overall application process and future action plan

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Confirmation:
   After completing your payment, please send the payment screenshot via WhatsApp to +61 472 844 619. Once the payment has been verified, GHAIR will contact you to schedule the consultation based on mutual availability.
2. Consultation Platform:
   The consultation will be conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp, as determined by GHAIR based on availability and operational requirements.
3. Language:
   All communication during the consultation will be conducted in English only.
4. Scheduling:
   Consultation appointments are available by prior booking only. Participants are requested to attend at the agreed date and time.
5. Rescheduling:
   If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify GHAIR at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made with shorter notice may not be accommodated.
6. Missed Appointments:
   Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. No refund or replacement session will be provided.
7. Scope of Consultation:
   The consultation is intended to provide personalized guidance on scholarships, admissions, university selection, research opportunities, and application strategies. Admission, scholarship awards, funding, or visa outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Recording:
   Participants are not permitted to record the consultation without prior written permission from GHAIR.
9. Internet Connectivity:
   GHAIR is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or cancellation of the consultation caused by the participant’s internet connection, network issues, device problems, or technical difficulties. Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable device before the scheduled session.
10. Code of Conduct:
    GHAIR maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior. GHAIR reserves the right to immediately terminate the consultation and refuse future services without any refund if such behavior occurs.
