Prof. Dr. Muhammad Imran Asjad serves as Director of the Center for Mathematics and Applications (CMAP) UMT, Lahore. His research portfolio covers fractional calculus, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mathematical modelling, soliton and wave theory, and predictive modelling with machine learning and artificial neural networks. He has signed MoUs with International universities, organized many international conferences, workshops and trainings. He has also organized Summer Schools and CIMPA school in collaboration with CUI Lahore. He has collaborated widely with highly cited mathematicians and has received multiple national and international awards and honors, national and International funded projects and large scale collaboration and networking including top 2% from the last four consecutive years. He has been recognized as the best researcher at SSC UMT. He has contributed to many international workshops and conferences as a scientific advisory, keynote and invited speaker. He has led numerous seminars, trainings, workshops, and guest lectures at CMAP. Through the Mathematics Professional community on social media, he actively mentors young scholars on research, scholarships, and career development.
